WiseRabbit carried out three waves of research on the needs and situation of

Forcibly Displaced People (FDP) coming from Ukraine to Poland:

✅ The first survey was carried out in the first half of March 2022 (N=233). Parallel to the first measurement, an analogous opinion poll was conducted among Poles (N=576). You can download the report summarizing the first wave here (Polish version only):

✅ The second survey was conducted at the beginning of April 2022 (N=201),

✅ The third one in mid-May 2022 (N=452).

WiseRabbit would like to say thank you to:

for its support at data collection stage.

The wave of FDP flowing to Poland has a very diverse professional profile. The largest group is made up of professionals. They are well-educated - nearly half have higher or incomplete higher education.

The number of refugees finding their way in the Polish labour market is growing - nearly 40% have found permanent or odd job, although in most cases it is NOT in their former profession.

Here you can download the report highlighting the key insights regarding changing needs and situation of FDP in Poland. The report includes e.g.:

✅ demographic profile

✅ usage of banking services

✅ usage of mobile services

✅ plans for emigration or return to Ukraine.
